The sizing is fairly standard and will fit a small to medium sized frame. The length is longer than you might expect, since the extra fabric is taken up at the waist under a sash. These also make dazzling display pieces!

Tomesode are typically reserved for wearing to formal events in Japan. The traditional black bodice has five crests on the upper portion and the lower portion is filled with a classic design that includes many auspicious elements, all delicately drawn.
